Kathryn Kraft

Kathryn Kraft is an experienced physical therapist, working in adult, pediatric and military settings for over 15 years.  For the last 6 years, she has been integrating dry needling into her practice to relieve her client's pain, reduce inflammation, and improve range of motion.  From relieving tension headaches, improving recovery time and decreasing chronic back pain, to eliminating plantar fasciitis pain and more, she has helped hundreds of clients get back to the lives they love.

Dry needling is a technique used for the treatment of pain and movement impairments. The technique uses a "dry" needle, without medication or injection, inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle.  Dry needling involves a thin filiform needle that penetrates the skin and stimulates underlying myofascial trigger points and muscular and connective tissues. The needle allows us to target tissues that are not manually palpable.

Kathryn aims to improve her client's quality of life through hands-on care, dry needling, patient education, and prescribed movement. Contact her today for a complete evaluation and treatment plan to get you back to your best self.
